200 hour yoga training
inspired by tantra & somatics
The Curriculum
You’re here. Something has called you to take a step closer towards the yoga teachings. We are offering you the chance to experience the great wisdom of the teachings, through experienced & devoted guides, to dive deeper into the body and the felt sense of aliveness and freedom that tantra points us towards.
This 200 hour yoga training is for yogis & yoginis who want to get closer to Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra, for dedicated students, facilitators who feel drawn to something deeper and devotional, and those longing to become more intimate with the way they meet themselves and the world. To become more intimate with the whole of reality. Rooted in sadhana, guided by mantra and protected by the goddess, we invite you onto this tender & held path of discovery.
The teachings are sacred, steeped in ancient wisdoms and transmissions, and we are here to embody them, honour and protect them. So that when we facilitate a yoga offering, it’s so much more than getting through a sequence, it pours into a room with devotion, philosophy and guided with intention from the heart.
Our Modules
-
Pour your whole self into this 4 week container of devotion. To devotee and commit fully to the teachings and to begin to lean into how you boundary your time so that you can fully show up. It will be a dance and this is all about PRACTICE. This will be an immersion into the holding - sadhana, altar, mantra, commitment - get closer to your why and clearer on your DHARMA, your purpose. We will dive deeper into the body and let shakti (goddess - you) lead. You are your own greatest teacher and we will be more intimate with our own wisdom and inner guru.
As we lean upon support from the ancient teachings, we will get to know more about the lineages and where the teachings have come from and who has passed them down to us. We will receive lectures from our senior faculty member Collette Davis so we have a greater insight into philosophy and begin to dream our way into sharing these teachings through our offerings.
We deepen our relationship with this 4 week immersion into practice, practice, practice. This isn’t about getting something right or wrong, this is about leaning into the holding and wisdom of the teachings and building a strong container and capacity to meet more of the training. Full of heart, Katie and Jade will be co-facilitating and co-creating with you as we start to discover and meet our root intentions.
-
Iccha translates to ‘power of will’ or ‘desire’. As things begin to shift and evolve, we continue to lean upon the container and holding of Goddess, Sadhana and devotion for support. We start to meet more of our own will and innate power and see what it may be like to listen and create from this place. We deepen our relationship to self and become more familiar with the feeling of RIGHTNESS. What feels right for you? How do you want to meet a room? What do you want to say? What’s important to you? How do the teachings want to move through you? What does this show you?
These desires or feelings of ‘right’ will inform the way we create, explore, curate and facilitate. We work more closely with our WHY and begin to dive into labs to explore embodied planning, looking at gateways into our inner landscapes, the imaginal, the wisdom of our own bodies and experiencing the felt sense before we offer it to the world. We will begin offering, facilitating, playing and being curious to how we meet a room, trusting in ourselves and calling upon Iccha. We will start to curate, find our voice, and practice sharing the teachings with one another. We will deepen into the desire of our own free will, Moksha.
-
This third module is leaning into creative inspiration and becoming more intimate with our own embodied instinct. This pure wisdom, Shuddha Vidya, is this pre language, pure wisdom knowing. You are full of expressive energy, and we’ll allow space and time to follow that feeling of rightness. To trust the wisdom of your body and that it knows. It knows before the mind, it is free. This module will be the birthing of a cultivation of an unconditional trust in life and everything that wants to pour through and be expressed through you.

DeKatie is a friend, devotee and huge supporter of Yoke. She cares deeply and pours all the steadiness of her heart into her offerings. There’s a tenderness to her tone, a clarity in the tenderness of her words and a brightening in her eyes which makes you feel seen. Katie is in the laboratory of her body and is interested in the mystery that moves through all things.
Rooted in the traditions of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and deeply influenced by the philosophy of Shaiva Tantra, Katie’s teaching invites students into an intimate relationship with self. Her offerings are a weaving of trauma-informed practice, functional anatomy, yin yoga, and yoga nidra to create spaces that are so deeply held.
Katie is passionate about helping students soften out of perfectionism and rediscover yoga as a living, breathing relationship rather than something to master. Aiming to guide practitioners back toward their own inner intelligence and the subtle magic of simply being alive.
Katie will be joining us for the entire 200 hours of the training. Katie has been teaching at Yoke since we opened 2023 and I deeply trust her.

Collette’s offerings are an ongoing inquiry into embodied liberation and she facilitates intuitive moving meditations that guide students into the liminal and imaginal realms of the somatic unconscious. SheI lives and breathes the teachings of Tantra and is constantly learning, practicing, forgetting and remembering how to get out of the Way so life can lead.
An Embodied Flow™ facilitator, senior yoga teacher, tantrika, devotee, and certified Wizard, I’ve been a devoted student and practitioner of Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra since 2010, and have over 2000 hours of teacher training experience. I have two Masters degrees, the most recent in Interdisciplinary Psychology where I carried out a piece of academic research on the Embodied Flow School..
Collette doesn't get down so well with hierarchical systems of power and is interested in disrupting the teacher-student binary. I advocate for circular communities where we get to co-create a brave and kind space, weaving trauma informed practices so we feel held and supported. I’m all heart so you can expect a big generous holding field and a healthy, tender friendship that honours boundaries on both sides.n text goes here

Description Libby is a psychotherapist immersed in depth psychology, somatic storytelling and mythopoetics. She holds a Masters in Psychology, is a Senior Somatics Facilitator/Trainer and the founder of Embodied Dream Weaving where she teaches the world how to remember how to dream.
Her primary language is that of the imaginal. I seek to bring into form the images, shapes and colours that arise from the places where I feel the pulse most fully. This rhythm asks to be spoken through our bodies, felt through poetry and sung with psyche.
Central to all of this is my devotion to Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra. This lineage teaches you to awaken to what you are: infinite divine radiance. To embrace the unique expression of consciousness that knows itself as and through you. To cultivate unconditional trust in the intelligence of life and all the ways it upends, spirals and settles.
Libby's work is informed by Jungian thought, mythic scholarship, Tantric philosophy and the path of the Pythia where feminine knowing is not louder, but deeper.text goes here

It is my firm belief that we are all born awakened and in our fullest authentic expression. This expression is unique to each and every one of us. It is the original vibratory pulse of the universe that reverberate through every cell of our bodies. The vibration that when it moves through us translates into characteristics, tendencies, interests, opinions, and of course how we move and act in the world.

am a professional dancer, yogini and somatics facilitator and have been immersed in the realm of embodiment for over twenty-five years. Formed by decades of exploration, inquiry, research and creation, my offerings are simple yet elegant syntheses that draw inspiration from the rigorous art of Shadow Yoga, the subtle craft of Body Mind Centering and the innovative laboratory of Embodied Flow, as well as the subtle energetic and philosophical elements of Tantra, Taoism and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
A lover of poetry and the liminal, I am inspired by cadence, flow and rhythm and am fascinated by the portals of movement, breath and the imaginal as gateways to embodied awakening. My offerings are not linear pathways of postures, but are seamless weavings of forms and explorations that encourage the mind to surrender its usual grasping and strategizing, giving way to a more natural state of quietude.
In this way, my work involves creating space for a simultaneous unfurling of both quiescence and revelation, providing a context within which our human complexity can coexist with our natural divinity, in a way that is both subtle and formidable.
I invite you to cross the threshold into a realm of embodied inquiry, a place where your mind can rest and your body can slip into a state of ease and availability. A realm where the art of yoga and the practise of embodiment coalesce, acting as ushers of remembrance and belonging.
