What our teachers share with you

Our teachers will lead you through your practice. Expect attentive, kind, supportive guides to bring you into a closer relationship with yourself.

  • Everyone is welcome here. This class is inspired and informed by the Tantric Teachings, rooted in Kashmir Shivaism and embodiment. Our time together will be full of space and support. We will settle and arrive through meditations, focusing our attention and dropping into a deeper relationship to presence and ourselves.

    There may be a key teaching or dharma talk based around a philosophical theme and we are interested in diving deeper into a body part to lead us into the practice.

    We will have the opportunity to get curious in meeting more of ourselves, with a strong holding by your facilitator, me Jade, so that you trust more deeply in what comes through in your practice. There may be some forms of asana to contain and hold the energy alongside a generous amount of permission. We will lean on the imaginal to inspire us and awaken the body, with the opportunity to move freely.

    There will be an optional 20-30 minutes after the end of the session, between 10.30 and 11am, to journal, rest further or share in circle.

  • A class connecting movement and breath to the flow with the oppurtunity to take more time and space to listen to our bodies and how they want to move.

    The class will have structure and sequence, yet at the same time the opportunity to move from your own bodies intuition. The space will be filled with permission, invitational language and curiosity.

  • Based upon vinyasa flow, which quite simply, is to connect movement with breath. Each teacher will add their own traditions and experience to create a sequence and flow which can be accessed by all.

    You will be supported to move into deeper relationship with your body, creating more space, feeling clearer and more energised. Often exploring Sun Salutation A and B, the class will often move through a standing sequence, waking up the body to explore inversions and balancing poses adapted for all abilities to experiment.

  • This class will build strength and offer challenge. Creative sequences inspired by Hatha and ashtanga, Johnny will guide you with intention and support you with his detailed cues and adaptations.

  • This will be a slower based class to help settle the nervous system, land you and drop deeper into presence.

    Despite it being a slower pace, there is always the opportunity to move with integrity as we travel through the practice moving from shape to shape, paying more attention to how we get to a shape and taking the time to intuitively allow the body to find its own version of a pose. Great opportunity to pause and listen. 

  • Through playful transitions and creative movement, you'll explore challenging shapes while developing stability, focus and connection.

    Expect to move with breath, test your balance and find your own rhythm and flow. An energising, challenging and grounding practice.

  • This Rocket-inspired class invites you to explore movement in a fun, supportive environment. We’ll move through an energising flow designed to build strength, improve mobility, and spark a sense of playfulness in your practice. Expect creative transitions, opportunities to try arm balances or new shapes, and plenty of options to make each pose work for your body.

    No pressure, no expectations—just a welcoming space where you can show up as yourself, move at your own pace, and leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more connected.

  • This class will offer plenty of time and permission to be still, and give your body and fascia time to unwind. We will find support from props including bolsters and blankets. Alongside the pauses and slowing down, there will be time to explore some yin postures. Yin poses are mainly floor based and are held for 3-5 minutes. Come and be wrapped up in warmth and support with long rebounds and indulgent savasana. Expect soothing mediations dropping you into presence and Yoga Nidra.
