This is an opportunity that will allow you to meet more of yourself. It is a playground where different practices can be explored and will allow you to delve deeply into the depths of you.  Each new experience, no matter how big or small, will unlock the gateway to your depths, leaning into and unfolding the truest version of you, to find more space and freedom in your life. Your body is a laboratory for this enquiry and the vessel for you to hold it all.

On the retreat, you will be guided through the chapters of daily meditation, journaling and movement. You will be offered support, guidance and space to listen and grow, to meet yourself tenderly with compassion, to rest and restore. You are are welcomed to fully be yourself on this retreat and embrace it all.  To pause, reflect and to notice more.

Flights and Transfers 

If travelling from the UK, there will be an option of meeting at the airport in London, on Thursday 23rd May, so that you can travel together as a group to France. This offers you the chance to start your retreat experience as soon as you come together in the UK. There will be time to meet other members of the Retreat, and also relax in the support of travelling over together.  It would be great to have everyone fly out as a group.

The return flight details for the group can be forwarded to you by request. You are responsible for the booking of your flight which will be from London to Carcassonne and I will be here to communicate and guide you through the details.
