A Journey into Grace - Walking the Tantric Way
To this world you belong. To this moment, in this place where you already stand, something greater has ushered you. To the momentum of a long line of survivors you are bound. From their good deaths, succeeded by new lives, and to the incidents of love that seeded them, your story has been every season’s conditions, and by the invisible holy inclination, your life has been hewn.

To walk this path with open palms
You’re here. Something has called you to take a step closer towards the yoga teachings. We are offering you the chance to experience the great wisdom of the teachings, through experienced & devoted guides, to dive deeper into the body, the felt sense of aliveness and the freedom that tantra points us towards.
This 200-hour yoga training is for yogis & yoginis who are being called to study the path of Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra, for dedicated yoga students, for movement facilitators who feel drawn to something deeper and devotional, and for those longing to become more intimate with the ways they meet themselves, the world, the whole of reality. Rooted in sadhana, guided by mantra and protected by the goddess, we invite you onto this tender, revealing path of discovery.
The teachings are sacred, steeped in ancient wisdoms and transmissions, and we are here to embody them, honour and protect them. So that when we facilitate a yoga offering, it’s so much more than completing a sequence; it is steeped in devotion and philosophy and guided with intention.
You are your own inner teacher & we are here to walk alongside you in support.
Who is the training for?
- the curious
- those interested in asking questions rather than receiving answers
- students & teachers interested in deepening a relationship to self and Sadhana
- those open to becoming a guide/facilitator rather than teacher
- creatives longing to offer yoga to the world as a form of expression
- those seeking a more resourced way of living and meeting the world
- people open to learning about boundaries as protection in the yoga space
- seekers longing for connection, circle and to explore a felt sense of belonging
- open hearted ones longing to sit alongside & receive from an experienced, passionate & caring faculty
- guides who are already teachers who would like to explore embodied planning & teach from a felt sense experience and in depth philosophy
Modules
Spring: Pratibha
Brightening Towards
Lakshmi
This third module is leaning into creative inspiration and becoming more intimate with our own embodied instinct.
This pure wisdom, shuddha vidya, is this pre-language, pure wisdom knowing. You are full of expressive energy, and we’ll allow space and time to follow that feeling of rightness; to trust the wisdom of your body and all that it knows. It knows before the mind, it is free.
This module will be the birthing of your cultivation of an unconditional trust in life - in that everything that wants to be expressed by you.
Autumn: Bhakti
Dharma & Devotion
Ganesha
Pour your whole self into this 4 week container of devotion. This module will show you how to devote and commit fully to the teachings and to begin to lean into how you boundary your time so that you can fully show up. It will be a dance, and this is all about PRACTICE.
This will be an immersion into the holding - sadhana, altar, mantra, goddess - getting closer to your why, and clearer on your DHARMA; your purpose. We will dive deeper into the body and let shakti (goddess - you) lead. You are your own greatest teacher. And so we will explore intimacy with our own wisdom and inner guru.
Winter: Iccha
Desire & Power
Durga
Iccha translates to ‘power of will’ or ‘desire’. As things begin to shift and evolve, we continue to lean upon the container and holding of Goddess, Sadhana and devotion for support.
We start to meet more of our own will and innate power, and see what it may be like to listen and create from this place.
We deepen our relationship to self and become more familiar with the feeling of RIGHTNESS.
What feels right for you? How do you want to meet a room? What do you want to say? What’s important to you? How do the teachings want to move through you? What does this show you?

Katie is a friend, devotee and huge supporter of Yoke. She cares deeply and pours all the steadiness of her heart into her offerings. There’s a tenderness to her tone, a clarity in the tenderness of her words and a brightening in her eyes which makes you feel seen. Katie is in the laboratory of her body and is interested in the mystery that moves through all things.
Rooted in the traditions of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and deeply influenced by the philosophy of Shaiva Tantra, Katie’s teaching invites students into an intimate relationship with self. Her offerings are a weaving of trauma-informed practice, functional anatomy, yin yoga, and yoga nidra to create spaces that are so deeply held.
Katie is passionate about helping students soften out of perfectionism and rediscover yoga as a living, breathing relationship rather than something to master. Aiming to guide practitioners back toward their own inner intelligence and the subtle magic of simply being alive.
Katie will be joining us for the entire 200 hours of the training. Katie has been teaching at Yoke since we opened 2023 and I deeply trust her.

Collette’s offerings are an ongoing inquiry into embodied liberation and she facilitates intuitive moving meditations that guide students into the liminal and imaginal realms of the somatic unconscious. She lives and breathes the teachings of Tantra and is constantly learning, practicing, forgetting and remembering how to get out of the Way so life can lead.
An Embodied Flow™ facilitator, senior yoga teacher, tantrika, devotee, and certified Wizard, Col has been a devoted student and practitioner of Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra since 2010, and has over 2000 hours of teacher training experience. She has two Masters degrees, the most recent in Interdisciplinary Psychology where she carried out a piece of academic research on the Embodied Flow School.
Collette doesn't get down so well with hierarchical systems of power and is interested in disrupting the teacher-student binary. She advocates for circular communities where we get to co-create a brave and kind space, weaving trauma informed practices so we feel held and supported. Col is all heart so you can expect a big generous holding field and a healthy, tender friendship that honours boundaries on both sides.

Jade has poured her entire life and energy into the learnings and teachings of yoga. She is a devotee and advocate of pouring her whole self into the practices, to become clearer and clearer on her why. Why does she teach? And why does it matter? Jade is deeply interested in feeling more connected and less separete. To sense into what it feels like to be swept up in life and more resourced in sitting in it all. For her, it’s less about trying and the forever practice of yeilding into each moment, to see each moment as a threshold and to walk this path with open palms.
Jade cares deeply. She finds support in opening up with honesty and walks through life willing to take responsability for her why. Her offerings are full of heart, inspired by tantirc philosophy and held by sweet mantras of devotion and commitment.
Jade has been strongly called to offer these teachings, She cares deeoply in offering honestly and protecting the teachings. With hundreds of hours of trainings, Jade is in constant contact with her mentors & guides, unlearning and remebering her purpose, unfodling into the fullness of her Dharma.

Libby is a psychotherapist immersed in depth psychology, somatic storytelling and mythopoetics. She holds a Masters in Psychology, is a Senior Somatics Facilitator/Trainer and the founder of Embodied Dream Weaving where she teaches the world how to remember how to dream.
Her primary language is that of the imaginal. She seeks to bring into form the images, shapes and colours that arise from the places where we feel the pulse most fully. This rhythm asks to be spoken through our bodies, felt through poetry and sung with psyche.
Central to all of this is her devotion to Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra. This lineage teaches us to awaken to what you are: infinite divine radiance. To embrace the unique expression of consciousness that knows itself as and through you. To cultivate unconditional trust in the intelligence of life and all the ways it upends, spirals and settles.Libby's work is informed by Jungian thought, mythic scholarship, Tantric philosophy and the path of the Pythia where feminine knowing is not louder, but deeper.text goes here

Anita’s teaching is an ongoing exploration of the body as a place of both structure and sensation—where anatomy becomes a pathway into deeper awareness. Since beginning her teaching journey in 2019, her practice has been shaped by her 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa training in India, alongside a 50-hour Yoga Anatomy course and a 50-hour Rocket Advanced training.
Her classes move between precision and flow, where alignment and hands-on assists are offered as tools for listening rather than correction. She invites students to experience the body from the inside out—where strength is built with integrity, and softness is not separate from stability.
Rooted in rhythm, her teaching follows the quiet intelligence of breath and movement, allowing each practice to unfold with clarity and steadiness. There is an emphasis on feeling over forcing, on cultivating a relationship with the body that is both curious and respectful. At the centre of her teaching is a devotion to connection: to inhabit the body fully, to explore its edges with curiosity, and to cultivate dynamic, embodied confidence that extends beyond the mat.

I am a somatic practitioner and personal leadership coach for women building and leading creative, healing and transformational work.
Through Sorceress Path I support with the invisible work that makes the visible work possible. The invisible work is the soul work, it is the emotional, energetic, somatic, imaginal, shadow and mindset work happening behind the scenes, in the soil where roots grow strong and steady.
My own roots are deep in feminine wisdom, Tantrik philosophy, Moon cycles and nature as teacher. I have a passion for translating and bridging complex concepts and esoteric teachings through body and imagination into practical ways of how you live out your day-to-day life.

I am a professional dancer, yogini and somatics facilitator and have been immersed in the realm of embodiment for over twenty-five years. Formed by decades of exploration, inquiry, research and creation, my offerings are simple yet elegant syntheses that draw inspiration from the rigorous art of Shadow Yoga, the subtle craft of Body Mind Centering and the innovative laboratory of Embodied Flow, as well as the subtle energetic and philosophical elements of Tantra, Taoism and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
A lover of poetry and the liminal, I am inspired by cadence, flow and rhythm and am fascinated by the portals of movement, breath and the imaginal as gateways to embodied awakening. My offerings are not linear pathways of postures, but are seamless weavings of forms and explorations that encourage the mind to surrender its usual grasping and strategizing, giving way to a more natural state of quietude.
In this way, my work involves creating space for a simultaneous unfurling of both quiescence and revelation, providing a context within which our human complexity can coexist with our natural divinity, in a way that is both subtle and formidable.
I invite you to cross the threshold into a realm of embodied inquiry, a place where your mind can rest and your body can slip into a state of ease and availability. A realm where the art of yoga and the practise of embodiment coalesce, acting as ushers of remembrance and belonging.

Testimonials
Jade is an extraordinary teacher. She is thoughtful, intuitive and cares deeply about the medicine that she offers. This care means that her practices are held with tenderness, softness and devotion. You can expect her classes, courses and trainings to weave Tantric philosophy, live processing and deep inquiry into what unfolds moment by moment. Jade has a great gift to carry people to embodied imaginal places and makes this feel accessible, safe and supportive. Jade is committed to growth, depth and wildly in service to her community both in Folkestone and further afield. If you want to deepen your practice beyond the scope of asana and begin to explore embodied terrains of meaning-making, Jade is your guide.
Libby, Embodiment Guide
Yoke’s Yoga Teacher Training was incredibly eye opening. It gave me a deeper understanding of how to hold space, how to curate a class from our inner intuition and trust, and, most importantly, how to reconnect with my own yoga practice. The training felt comprehensive and very resourceful, led by Jade, an experienced and supportive facilitator, alongside other knowledgeable teachers who brought diverse teachings.
What I loved the most was the balance between theory and embodied learning. We didn’t just study concepts; we explored them through practice, allowing the teachings to be fully integrated in our bodies. By the end of the YTT, I felt confident and resourced to begin teaching at Yoke, while also inspired to keep learning through my teaching experience at Yoke.
I’m incredibly grateful for having had access to such special teachings, right next to home
Maria, 200hr Yoke Graduate
My training with Yoke was truly life changing. Rooted in Tantric philosophy, it went far beyond physical asana and invited a deep exploration of yoga as a therapeutic, nervous system-informed practice. The emphasis on embodied movement and meditation created a powerful space for self-discovery, helping me build both personal awareness and confidence.
Jade held the group with such care and integrity, creating a safe, supportive environment where everyone felt seen and included. This was especially meaningful for me when I broke my foot towards the end of the training—I was fully supported and still able to complete my practical assessment through verbal guidance, which deepened my skills in a completely unexpected way.
The guest teachers were also exceptional, each bringing depth and inspiration. I would wholeheartedly recommend this training to anyone seeking a more holistic, embodied, and transformative approach to yoga.

Of course you can join. We would suggest that you begin to familiarise yourself with facilitators and offerings at Yoke. That would be a great starting point. Start to fill in the application form and see what the questions and your answers show you. This is all about the WHY. Why do you want to complete the training?

Of course, there are a lot of trainings out there! And thank goodness, because the access point to yoga will be different to everyone. As Toko-Po reminds us, all offerings are a ‘holy signal to those who carry a similar vibratory signature’. This training isn’t concerned so much about teaching you asana sequences and external alignment to parrot; everything we learn we aim to deeply embody, so that when we transform, we do so beyond the boundaries of our mats and our studios, and our practice becomes about the way we live our whole life. This is the tantric way. And it’s far more powerful than just learning how to teach a studio class. Just know that you are invited, exactly as you are. And if you’re recognising the vibrations of our signature, you may have a part to play here.
-
Yes we are a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS), which is recognised across the world in all yoga studios. The structure of our course covers the essential techniques, teaching methodology and philosophy required to accredit your 200 RYS certification, upon full participation of your hours. More than that, though, we aim to prepare you and equip you by drawing out your own assuredness, clarity and creative power to step into your dharma, your purpose, should it be to teach.
-
We don’t disappear! You will have walked a path with a sacred covent of humans who now share this unique experience with you, and we aim to create the environment that will allow you to stay connected as your journey continues. And of the wider circle, we are so incredibly lucky to be a strong and active community at Yoke, with students who practice regularly with us and each other - you may already be one of them. You will have the continued support of your faculty and teachers, as well as an already thriving studio space, who will be so privileged to witness you grow into who you were always meant to become. You will be encouraged to cover classes and teach at Yoke.

If you’ve got this far in reading, it says a lot about your heart’s desires and your appetite for deep work. We are here for your questions, concerns and curiosities. It is important to us that you arrive into this journey considerately, and encourage you to recruit the tools you already have to listen to what any hesitation contains. This quietening would be a wonderful first step already onto the path.
