Jade

Since moving to Bali in July 2019, Jade has poured her entire life and energy into the learnings and teachings of yoga. After working in education for eleven years, Jade found herself immersed in a 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Radiantly Alive Studio, Ubud followed by a month long mentorship program in September, co-teaching and studying yoga influenced by the classical Non-Dual Tantrik Philosophy. Jade has been strongly called to teach yoga, inspired by the experience and knowledge of the vast array of teachers leading Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Embodied Flow™ Yoga and Meditation classes.

Jonny

Johnny has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and completed teacher training in Rishikesh, India, in 2018. His classes draw on yogic philosophy to support strong, positive Hatha and Vinyasa Flow styles, as well as deep relaxation from Yin and Nidra traditions. He also works with sound and music as tools for meditation and immersion.

Rupal

Rupal is our Pregnancy Yoga & Post Natal Teacher. She will be offering a block of classes to support you in becoming a mother, as well as continuing with your journey after baby arrives.

After many years of experiencing the healing and transformative power of Yoga Rupal decided to share her passion with others. She trained in the tradition of Krishnamacrya and TKV Desikachar with Paul Harvey at the Centre for Yoga Studies and completed the 500 hour BWY and CNHC accredited teacher training and Yoga Therapy course in 2012.

Ez

Ezgi has been practising Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga since 2016. She fell in love with the structure and discipline of this method when she first tried it and never looked back. This method helped her establish daily self-practice over the years.

She focuses on teaching this method to all abilities even to those who have certain limitations or injuries. She finds the Mysore method fascinating as it gives everyone a chance to help deepen their Yoga journey whether it be at a dynamic or more gentle pace.

Kate

Kate is a Hatha Yoga teacher and completed her teacher training with TK Yoga in Suffolk. She has been practising yoga for 10 years, having first been introduced to Hatha and Ashtanga yoga whilst studying Contemporary Dance at University.

Kate strongly believes that yoga is for everyone. For her, Yoga practise is about being kind to, listening to and respecting our bodies.
